The children got to participate in a variety of competitive and none competitive events including long jump, cricket and a fast 60m sprint. Each child represented the school fantastically and put in 100% effort. They even managed to persuade the teachers to do the teacher race!! We are so proud of all of them! ππΌββοΈββ‘οΈππβΎοΈππΎββοΈ
4 of our brilliant Year 5s attended the Primary Maths Challenge at @stambrosecollege1946 today. We finished in an INCREDIBLE 3rd place out of 18 schools!!! βοΈπ #Challenge #AspirationalLeaders

Today our School Parliament team visited @lancasteruni for their Be the Change Democracy project. They thoroughly enjoyed learning lots about life on campus and understanding what democracy is and why itβs important. π
Nursery have been exploring AB patterns through many different ways. We have been making sticker patterns, Pom Pom patterns and cotton reel patterns too. They have even been helping Miss Jones fix her pattern when she gets stuck!

Year 3 canβt believe that @erichuangbooks loves dinosaurs just like us! We are currently making our own zodiac animals too- it is fantastic to see how excited they are speaking to an author of a book we have read! @booktrust
