Welcome to Year 4

Welcome to our Year 4 class page! We’re thrilled to have an enthusiastic and dedicated bunch of learners this year. Together, we’ll embark on exciting adventures through maths, English, and a variety of creative subjects. With a focus on teamwork and fun, each day will be packed with opportunities to explore, discover and grow. 

Key Days and Dates

Our PE days are Tuesdays and Fridays - please make sure that we are wearing the correct PE kit on these days. Our Library day is Thursday - please remember to bring your library book in on Thursday if you would like to change it.

Homework and Reading at Home

Homework is posted on Seesaw on Fridays. The English and Maths homework are due the following Wednesday and the Spellings will be tested on the Friday. They will still be available to access on Seesaw until Friday. We do expect children to read daily at home and it to be recorded in the reading diary. Once they have been read, we are able to change them. If you are reading any books at home- please write them in the reading diary too! The reading diaries are for all reading and not just the school assigned books.
